GLF Nematullah Bizhan on BBC Persian HardTalk

In May, 2018, Nematullah Bizhan, Research Fellow at Oxford University, was interviewed by Enayat Fani, in a BBC Persian HardTalk programme - Be Ebarat-e Digar, on aid paradoxes in Afghanistan. He was interviewed to discuss his recent book,  Aid Paradoxes in Afghanistan: Building and Undermining the State, the role of international community and the prospects for political stability in Afghanistan.
