Calder Tsuyuki-Tomlinson is a Research Officer within the Global Economic Governance Programme, where he supports the work of Dr Thomas Hale in his role as COP26 Fellow. In addition to assisting the delivery of research projects aimed at improving the outcomes of the United Nations climate conference in Glasgow in 2021, Calder helps coordinate the wide network of practitioners and scholars active in the Galvanizing the Groundswell of Climate Actions initiative.

Calder joins the Blavatnik School of Government following an MSc in Nature, Society and Environmental Governance at the School of Geography and the Environment, University of Oxford. His research focused on analysing experimental innovations within the international climate regime developed to catalyse greater levels of climate action and ambition among governmental actors and civil society. He holds a BA in International Relations from the University of British Columbia, Canada.
