GEG Senior Researcher Nilima Gulrajani has published an article in a special issue of the journal  Public Administration and Development.

The article, entitled 'Dilemmas in Donor Design: Organisational Reform and the Future of Foreign Aid Agencies', reviews contemporary controversies concerning donor governance and offers guidance for their resolution by exploring the potential contributions of public administration.
